If you were to take a picture 20+ years ago, you got your picture printed instantly from your camera. They may not have had 12 megapixels like your iPhone does, but it was a great way to instantly see a memory. Fast forward to 2016 where Polaroids are back and more artsy than ever. Olga Acuna says she loves to collect the pictures from a certain time or event. She even keeps all her Polaroid’s in a scrapbook to look back at all the fun times. The company Polaroid re-branded themselves to appeal to a generation who has become so custom to taking pictures on their phones. They took their household name of over 75 years, and make strategic license agreements with companies to manufacture products to appeal to the modern day. Along with their own products, they teamed up with companies like Fujifilm to make cameras. Polaroid cameras are a perfect example of how you can never eliminate a classic.
