My name is Gabe Senf; I am a senior at Mayo High School. I was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. My hobbies include fly fishing, drumming, working out, and hanging out with my friends. I participate in winter drumline, marching band, jazz band, and I will be marching drum corps this summer with River City Rhythm. After high school I plan on attending the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire or University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse with a double major in Kinesiology & Exercise Science and Music Education.

I believe journalism is needed so everyone has the ability to have their voice heard. Many times people do not have a medium in which they can voice their opinion through, so journalists are needed as a way to do that. While working in journalism I would like to learn more about photography and how to use Photoshop.
