Whether you are being interviewed for a college, internship, job or really anything else, here are a few things for you to keep in mind.
Research

Just by reading this article, you are already on the right track, great work!
Research the popular questions for the specific type of interview you are facing
Come prepared! Think through your answer ahead of time, stay on your toes!
Confidence

Think positive, don’t focus on your nerves. You have nothing to lose, it’s an opportunity! If you act like you know what you’re talking about, people will think you do! (even if you actually don’t)
Dress Well

DRESS TO IMPRESS! Show these people what you’re made of. Remember, dress for the job you want not the job you have You want to be a lawyer? Dress like a lawyer. You want to be a mob wife? Dress like a mob wife.
Be you

Seriously – be yourself. People are going to like you the most if you are being yourself, and it will probably be awkward and uncomfortable if you are trying to be someone who you’re not.
Smile

People who smile are scientifically proven to be more attractive. Smiles lighten things up, and let the interviewer know that you are happy to be there. They are probably looking for someone who is friendly and nice, and a smile lets them know you are the perfect candidate.
