Do you want to show off your skills making money? Would you like to bake goods for your friends and have a great time? If yes… then becoming Dr. Mayo is the best choice for you during this GOFA season. Participants in the Dr. Mayo competition have to raise as much money as they can; the person with the most money will be crowned as Dr. Mayo during the last pepfest of GOFA season.
Students sign up through a Google form, then have weekly check-in forms. Students usually raise money by selling baked goods like cookies and Oreo balls, as well as by selling other products like art or clothing. This gives the students a chance for entrepreneurship. The committee that runs Doctor Mayo collects cash from contestants, encourages students to participate, and create the forms and posters.
Doctor Mayo is run by Juniors Brynn Apel, Kinsie Ali, and Mercy Elijah. Doctor Mayo will run from December 6th until the end of the GOFA season. Dr. Mayo will be revealed at the last pep fest and will be recognized for their ability to make money and show their dedication to GOFA.
Hurry and sign up and get started. Reach out to any of the juniors in charge of running Dr. Mayo if you have any questions. What are you waiting for? Get started and show your baking skills; sharpen your business skills as you try to rack up as much money as you can! Good luck!
