GOFA Planetarium Show rescheduled for Wednesday
December 13, 2022
This Wednesday, from 7:00 to 8:00, join Mr. Joslin for a night under the stars in the warmth and comfort of Mayo High School’s planetarium.
Get in the holiday spirit by coming to the annual planetarium show this Wednesday! Our very own Planetarium and Astronomy teacher Mr. Joslin is hosting a show for everyone, not just students; parents, alumni, and staff are all welcome. At the show the audience will be looking at and learning about different constellations that light up the sky.
The planetarium is located on the first floor, next to door 2 (room #1226). There will be a donation bucket at the door, so you can donate between 5 and 10 dollars, cash only; all the proceeds will go to GOFA. Seats for the show are being offered on a “first come, first served” basis.
Mr. Joslin is thrilled to have everyone come for the holiday planetarium show, but he kindly asks the audience members to refrain from bringing food or drinks to the Planetarium to avoid making messes.
Join us to learn about stars and support GOFA.
