If I have learned anything in these past four years, it’s that high schoolers enjoy animated, kid-friendly movies as much as little toddlers do. I don’t know if it’s the stress of high school and testing that pushes us to watch movies that comforted us when we were younger, but it’s happening and I’m okay with it. Here, in no particular order, we have compiled a list of the top ten movies to catch in the latter half of 2016. This list is full of fantasy based animated movies, an off-beat comedy (Neighbors 2), and we even threw a romance in here for good measure (Me Before You). Most of these movies are also sequels, so if you haven’t checked out the first movie in the series I would make sure to do that while you’re waiting for the movie to release.
